SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. You will own estimates, contracts, and schedules, collaborating with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a unified commissioning package.

The role is fully remote or hybrid with in-office presence in the San Diego, CA area. Expect discussion of location specifics during interviews.

Formación

• 8+ years in commissioning for utility-scale electrical or renewable-energy projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, exhibits, and specifications.
• Proven ability to develop commissioning estimates, schedules, and plans.
• Deep understanding of PV, BESS, HV, and SCADA interfaces.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and timely decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP and contract execution.
• Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, estimating, and planning teams.
• Review EPC contracts for commissioning obligations and acceptance criteria.
• Lead development of commissioning plans, exhibits, and schedule logic.
• Represent commissioning during contract negotiations and client communications.
• Maintain commissioning requirements registers and handoff to execution.
• Support execution with interpretation of obligations and scope changes.
• Standardize exhibits, estimating methods, and planning templates.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and risk reviews.
