SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction to lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for PV, battery storage and HV projects.

You will own BD through LNTP, develop proposals, define scope, and create unified commissioning schedules across PV, BESS, HV, SCADA, and performance systems with cross‑functional teams. The role can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in the San Diego area; travel to project sites as needed and discussions on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commissioning utility-scale or renewable-energy projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, and specifications.
• Ability to develop commissioning estimates and schedules coordinating internal teams, testing providers, and project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PV, BESS, HV, SCADA commissioning interfaces and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP and contract execution.
• Coordinate inputs across Preconstruction, SCADA, PV, BESS, HV, Performance Engineering, and legal teams.
• Lead development of commissioning plans, exhibits, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage commissioning estimates, schedules, and templates with Estimating and T&C leaders.
• Represent commissioning during EPC contract reviews and vendor interface development.
• Ensure handoff to CPM & Portfolio Delivery with complete documentation and obligations.
