Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a bold Systems Test Engineer to own the full lifecycle of electromechanical GSE for system-level tests at our Hercules, CA site. You will report to the EVA Test & Verification IPT Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across NASA-related programs.

Responsibilities include defining test concepts, coordinating with external facilities, and delivering comprehensive test documentation. 7–12 years of experience in hardware test for space systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; ABET-accredited preferred for advanced levels.
• Experience: 4–12+ years in aerospace hardware test, design, and GSE development planning.
• Experience with hardware test planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of electromechanical GSE for system-level tests.
• Develop and maintain test documentation (DOMM, HA, BOM, schematics).
• Coordinate with external facilities and stakeholders; lead TRR reviews.
