Job summary

The role combines SME leadership with global service strategy, product health analytics, and regional readiness for launches and updates, with travel up to 15% to support customers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Service Engineering, Field Service, Systems Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in FDA-, ISO-, or similarly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned product(s) and act as primary liaison between Global Technical Services and cross-functional teams.
• Support product development, sustaining engineering, and lifecycle management projects by ensuring design for serviceability and field readiness.
• Provide global technical leadership to regional service organizations and improve service effectiveness and customer experience.
• Monitor product health,Reliability, and service performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead regional service readiness activities and product rollouts for assigned products.
