Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Service Engineering or related fields.
• PM experience and proficiency with Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned product(s) and act as liaison between Global Technical Services and cross-functional teams.
• Provide global technical leadership to regional service organizations with focus on service effectiveness.
• Monitor product health and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
