Responsibilities

• Co-administer two Salesforce CRM instances for 50+ users.
• Maintain user accounts, data quality, workflows, and reports/dashboards.
• Onboard, train, and troubleshoot with staff as needed.
• Build and manage integrations with FormAssembly, Zapier, and other apps.
• Plan, evaluate, and document technology projects for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot, upgrade, and support staff.
