Job summary

Youth Opportunities Unlimited in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Salesforce & Program Systems Manager to lead the Salesforce ecosystem, Exponent Case Management, and related platforms. You will align technology with service delivery, fundraising, reporting, and data integrity, under the COO’s strategy, to maximize impact for youth.

You will supervise the Salesforce Administrator and Process Specialist, partner with departments, design scalable solutions, manage changes and training, and

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Minimum of three years of Salesforce administration experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations, requirements gathering, change management, training, and data governance.
• Practical AI fluency and ability to translate concepts into practical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Salesforce department staff with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain Salesforce standards, security, and roadmap; contribute to strategy and governance.
• Oversee Salesforce, ECM, integrations, upgrades, and major enhancements with vendors.
• Manage release processes with sandbox testing, documentation, and version control.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions for programs, grants, and services; lead testing and rollout.
• Provide hands-on support, configuration, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Ensure data integrity, intake, eligibility, reporting, and compliance across systems.
