Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta is seeking a Systems and Process Specialist to help staff use technology more effectively, improve workflows, and leverage data across the agency. You will support Salesforce administration, automation, and reporting while partnering with program, administrative, and fundraising teams.

The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, clear communication, and training staff with varying technical comfort levels.

Qualifications

• Two years of CRM administration or tech-focused process improvement experience.
• Experience building or maintaining forms, workflows, or automations.
• Experience documenting or improving business processes.
• Experience providing technical support or training to users.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business systems, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Document how work gets done across teams and identify bottlenecks.
• Suggest practical improvements based on staff needs and agency priorities.
• Build, test, and maintain workflows, forms, and automations (Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, FormTitan, Formstack, Jotform).
• Monitor integrations and ensure data moves accurately between systems.
• Provide training and ongoing staff support; explain tech in plain English.
• Maintain data quality and generate dashboards and reports for leadership.
