Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) seeks a thoughtful Systems and Process Specialist to help staff use technology more effectively, improve workflows, and make better use of data. This role blends hands‑on Salesforce administration with cross‑functional process improvement across programs, fundraising, and operations.

You will document workflows, build automations with Salesforce Flow and Power Automate, train staff, and ensure data quality for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in CRM administration, systems support, or a technology‑focused process improvement role.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining forms, workflows, or automations using Salesforce Flow, FormTitan, Formstack, Jotform, or a comparable platform.
• Experience documenting, evaluating, or improving business or technical processes.
• Experience providing technical support, training, or guidance to users.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business systems, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the agency to understand and document how work gets done.
• Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and hard‑to‑do processes.
• Build, test, and maintain workflows, forms, and automations using Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, and online form builders.
• Document workflows so that systems and processes remain understandable and sustainable.
• Support ongoing Salesforce administration and related systems; assist with user management and configuration.
• Monitor integrations and automate data movement between systems; troubleshoot issues with staff or partners.
• Improve data quality through validation and deduplication; audit reports and dashboards.
