Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) seeks a Systems and Process Specialist to streamline technology use, automate workflows, and improve data reporting across the agency.

The role blends technical work with problem-solving and strong communication, partnering with program, administrative, and fundraising teams to make systems user-friendly for staff at all levels. A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years in CRM administration, systems support, or tech-focused process improvement.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining forms, workflows, or automations.
• Experience documenting, evaluating, or improving business or technical processes.
• Experience providing technical support, training, or guidance to users.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement and Automation: partner with teams to document how work gets done, identify bottlenecks, and build workflows using Salesforce Flow and Power Automate.
• Salesforce and Business Systems: administer and improve Salesforce and related systems, manage users, and monitor integrations.
• Data Quality and Reporting: improve data accuracy, audit reports/dashboards, support development of program reports.
• Training and Staff Support: create training materials, conduct onboarding, and provide user support.
