Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Technical Analyst I to support IT operations, asset management, equipment deployment, and technical support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on computer hardware knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.

You will manage IT equipment lifecycle, prepare shipments, and provide first-level hardware and software support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification preferred.
• Entry-level experience in IT support, asset management, technology operations, service desk, or related environment.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for corporate IT hardware and technology assets.
• Prepare laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals for deployment.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and common corporate applications.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions in the IT service management system.
