Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in LMR, RF systems, radio communications, or related IT/public safety domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with secure file transfer and software packaging workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local service provider to maintain MSI’s contract commitments.
• Manage relationships with customer and service partner and ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnose issues remotely and facilitate call management; monitor and report system availability.
