Job summary

RTX is seeking Senior Engineers for the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Center in Tucson, AZ. You will focus on Hardware/Software Integration, Verification, Flight Test, and Platform Integration, supporting test builds and data analysis to ensure mission success.

The role requires hands-on work with hardware buildups, test planning, and collaboration with customers and suppliers. A DoD clearance and related requirements are prerequisites for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems integration and test in a lab or field environment.
• Planning or executing Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions.
• Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing of Effector systems to ensure conformance to specifications and requirements.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
• Lead small teams in integration and test activities.
