Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in STEM, or 6 years with a Master’s in STEM.
• Experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership for a Minuteman III ICBM Sustainment mechanical engineering organization including performance management and staffing.
• Offer project and technical oversight for group activities and ownership of processes used by the team.
• Lead the engineering team to execute design, analysis, and sustainment for missile, air and space products.
