Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years experience; or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Experience in SIGINT, Cyber, Non-Kinetic, Cryptography, or related mission areas.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in SEIT/EPM/Chief Engineer/IPT.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Onsite work at NGMS locations (Annapolis Junction, Chantilly, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership for technical leaders in E100 roles.
• Contribute to programs/captures and staffing.
• Ensure rigorous planning, baseline and metrics management.
• Develop technical leaders to ensure business success.
• Oversee frontline administration including budgets and staffing.
• Collaborate on resourcing and sector standards adoption.
• Travel up to 25%.
