Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with required programming experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and ability to acquire the IDIQ SCI clearance.
• Strong C programming skills and knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience as Technical Lead leading teams of 2-8 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Program Portfolio software activities with PMs and leads.
• Review technical solutions, schedules, BOEs, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Serve as deputy technical lead on an existing task order.
