Northrop Grumman seeks a Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead the C&IS Engineering Frontline team within the BEE organization, overseeing roughly 10 technical leaders across multiple NGMS locations. This onsite role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration capabilities to drive program success.

The position emphasizes talent development, technical leadership, and cross-location coordination, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years; Master’s with 6+ years preferred.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work onsite at NGMS locations including Annapolis Junction, Roy, Cincinnati, Sacramento, Chantilly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Frontline team in C&IS BEE with ~10 leaders.
• Provide people leadership for technical leaders (E100 roles).
• Support planning, baseline management, metrics, and issue resolution for engineering execution.
• Travel up to 25%.
