Job summary

You will perform system engineering, integration, verification and validation across the full lifecycle, coordinating with customers and subcontractors. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with MBSE, requirements management, and hardware integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years for Principal or 8+ for Sr. Principal
• Experience in ground systems engineering, systems integration or software engineering
• Strong requirements management and MBSE experience
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to interface with customers and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Perform system engineering, integration, verification and validation across all levels of total system product.
• Interface with program and customer personnel; translate requirements into total system solutions.
• Maintain and develop procedures; capture lessons learned from real-time performance.
