Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a System Engineering Manager 3 – IPTL for the Stand-in Attack Weapon (SiAW) program in Northridge, CA. The role requires MBSE, SysML, and cross-functional leadership across subsystems to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery against DoD requirements.

The role requires a current Secret clearance, on-site work, and collaboration with government customers, platform integrators, and suppliers to manage risk and drive system performance.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree and several years of SE experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on DoD or government programs.
• Proven MBSE usage, system architecture, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to plan, develop, integrate, and verify system requirements and performance.
• Oversee SE workflows, reviews (CDR/TRR), and interface control artifacts.
• Communicate technical baselines and risks to leadership and customers.
