Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking Principal Systems Engineers to join our team in Huntsville. The role involves developing, analyzing, and managing system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle, applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to create and maintain architectures and models, and coordinating with software, hardware, test, and other engineering teams.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, mentor other engineers, and support IBCS/IAMD

Qualifications

• MBSE proficiency and requirements engineering expertise.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw.

Responsabilités

• Develop, analyze, and manage system requirements across the engineering lifecycle.
• Apply MBSE practices to develop and maintain system architectures and models.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, test, and discipline engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other systems engineers.
