Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager 3 - Systems Engineering, Performance, Integration and Test IPTL to lead the SiAW program at our Northridge, CA facility. You will direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure system requirements, architecture and tests are sound and aligned with program goals.

The role requires MBSE experience, DoD program involvement, and strong collaboration with government customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering leadership.
• MBSE methods and SysML modeling.
• Clearance and DoD program collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering rigor across activities; manage requirements, system architecture, digital engineering products and verification.
• Oversee integration, verification, and validation activities for system/subsystem requirements and performance models.
• Plan and execute technical reviews (CDR, TRR, SVR, FCA/PCA) and ensure exit criteria are met.
• Coordinate with PMO and Chief Engineer; provide technical oversight and risk management; engage with government customers and suppliers.
