Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Systems Engineering Manager to supervise hardware/software and network-level commissioning for projects in the HVAC domain. You will work with Major Projects and Branch teams to ensure cost-effective engineering and on-time delivery, while upholding high safety and ethics standards.

The role requires 8+ years in application engineering, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and experience supervising technical groups, with a focus on cost management and cross-functional

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Eight+ years in Application engineering.
• HVAC industry experience and controls programming.
• Supervisory experience in construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and schedules workload of the Systems Engineering Team.
• Provides time-frame estimates for project cost evaluation.
• Develops and enforces team processes and standards.
• Leads team to select controllers and devices meeting specs.
• Mentors direct reports and plans career development.
• Ensures adherence to safety standards and project delivery.
