Qualifications

• Associate or Technical degree required; or equivalent work experience in HVAC controls.
• Eight+ years of demonstrated HVAC industry knowledge.
• Ability to lead and empower a team of Engineers.
• Experience in integrating low voltage building subsystems.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Engineers for hardware and software engineering and network level commissioning.
• Ensures compliance with state, local and federal requirements; maintains high ethics.
• Develops processes to ensure cost-effective engineering and delivery; provides estimates.
