Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. seeks a seasoned engineering leader to supervise a team of engineers in hardware, software, and network commissioning for complex projects. You will drive cost-effective, high-quality delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across sites.

The role emphasizes team leadership, integration of control systems, and strong collaboration with Major Projects and Branch teams. A bachelor’s in engineering is preferred, with extensive HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical degree or equivalent with HVAC controls experience
• Eight plus years of demonstrated knowledge of the HVAC industry
• Experience in the integration of low voltage building subsystems using various industry protocols
• Ability to lead and empower a team of Engineers

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Engineers to perform hardware and software engineering and network level commissioning for Projects.
• Develops and maintains viable relationships with customers, consultants and architect engineers.
• Hires, retains, mentors, and plans for career development of direct reports.
• Ensures timely delivery of engineering deliverables and adherence to safety standards
