Qualifications

• Experience with accounting principles and cost management is required.
• Experience designing complex building controls systems and drafting tools.
• Ability to coordinate engineering deliverables with project teams and manage resources.
• Experience using engineering tracking tools to communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal requirements and uphold highest ethics.
• Develop, implement, and monitor systems engineering processes, strategies and standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and act as regional expert in application engineering.
• Lead project coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare performance expectations and development plans for direct reports.
