In this role, you will manage workload, provide cost estimates, and drive process improvements while maintaining high engineering quality and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising technical/engineering teams with leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; strong cost awareness and budgeting.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Systems Engineering team and schedules workload.
• Provides timeframe estimates to project management for cost evaluation.
• Develops and maintains team processes, strategies and standards.
• Leads selection of controllers and end devices to minimize total installation cost.
• Maintains engineering quality and supports cross‑functional teams.
