Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction or HVAC.
• Knowledge of control theory, building automation systems and related subsystems.
• Experience with JCI software programming and integration of low voltage subsystems using protocols (LON, BACnet).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate complete building control systems (fire, security, low voltage subsystems) per project requirements.
• Develop complex software, commissioning, and optimization for proper system operation.
• Provide submittals and information to customers, consultants, and field teams.
