Job summary

GRVTY seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for a large, multi-team ground systems program. You will bridge mission operations, stakeholders, and distributed software pods within an agile context.

You will steer ground segment architecture, author artifacts, and drive end-to-end verification, including formal sell-off with customers. Excellent MBSE expertise and TS/SCI with poly are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 15+ years of engineering experience (or Master’s with 13+).
• Proven ability delivering space-ground architectures and mission management solutions.
• Expert in MBSE tools and cross-team technical traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of complex mission needs into robust digital artifacts and baselines.
• Govern and maintain MBSE models with traceability to software backlogs.
• Embed with agile teams to define acceptance criteria and backlogs.
• Define ground-to-space messaging schemas and data contracts.
• Develop verification strategies and lead formal requirements sell-off.
• Lead TEMs, ICWGs, and ERBs; represent program in reviews.
