Job summary
GRVTY is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to anchor a large, multi-team program for mission-critical satellite ground systems. You will bridge operations, stakeholders, and software pods in an agile environment, shaping ground segment architecture, MBSE models, and verification approaches to ensure successful demonstrations and handovers.

Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 15+ years (or Master's with 13+ years)
- Extensive track record delivering space-ground architectures and C2 solutions
- Expert-level MBSE modeling using MBSE tools
- Experience establishing interfaces and data contracts (RESTful APIs)
- Experience with Atlassian suite for backlog decomp and traceability
Responsibilities
- Translate complex mission needs into digital engineering artifacts and baselines
- Architect and govern MBSE models with traceability to software stories
- Embed with agile teams to decompose epics into technical acceptance criteria
- Define ground-to-space/ground messaging schemas and protocols
- Develop verification and validation strategies and review test plans
- Lead TEMs, ICWGs, and ERBs; represent engineering in milestone reviews
