Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support the GBRD modernization for NORAD, USSTRATCOM, and USSPACECOM. You will drive MBSE implementation, manage interfaces, and ensure delivery through acceptance tests.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with government stakeholders, and lead architecture, requirements, and verification activities across multi‑vendor teams. A TS/SCI path is preferred and ISO‑compliant processes are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of systems engineering on defense or aerospace programs.
• Experience with MBSE implementation and SRR/PDR/CDR support.
• Radar systems or phased array tech desired; Space Force/SSC programs preferred.
• Clearance: SECRET or TOP SECRET; TOP SECRET/SCI preferred.
• Expert-level systems engineering with MBSE tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody).
• Strong knowledge of DoDAF 2.0, MOSA, verification/validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements decomposition with bidirectional traceability.
• Develop MBSE models using Cameo; create DoDAF views and allocations.
• Coordinate model integration with MBSE validator and SSC standards.
• Provide senior technical support across RF front‑end, beamforming, signal processing.
• Develop and execute Integration Test Plans and TPM-aligned test scenarios.
• Mentor engineers and support government stakeholders.
