Job summary

Vantor Inc. in El Segundo, CA, seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to join our space sensing programs, developing MBSE artifacts and leading interface definitions for next-gen missile warning and ISR capabilities.

You will work with government and corporate stakeholders, manage TRDs/ICDs, and guide design reviews. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and experience in large-scale systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science required.
• 4+ years in large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development.
• 2+ years leading a team on technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, architectural designs, and test plans.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards.
• Experience with DoD 5000.01/5000.02 and space-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Provide technical advice to program managers and executives on space system design and test issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management for design reviews, evaluations, and verifications.
• Analyze problems, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with government and corporate stakeholders.
