Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional systems engineering experience on multidisciplinary programs.
• Experience developing ConOps, operational scenarios, mission threads, and use cases.
• Experience eliciting and managing requirements across lifecycle.
• Experience maintaining traceability between needs, requirements, and tests.
• Working knowledge of MBSE and SysML.
• Experience in architecture development across hardware, software, and operations.
• Understanding full SE lifecycle from concept to sustainment.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead through technical expertise, taking ownership of complex problems.
• Communicate across organizational boundaries to align architecture and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders, define mission architecture, and drive traceability across the system.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to move quickly without sacrificing rigor.
• Provide guidance across the full SE lifecycle from concept to deployment.
