Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 4 to apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle and facilitate Solution Train–level planning, coordination, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains supporting PAC programs.

Essential duties include facilitating PI Planning events, coordinating dependencies, and driving alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience applying systems engineering across lifecycle phases (Concept to Retirement).
• Ability to interact with Government and senior executives on SE topics.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas and associated activities.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Solution Train PI Planning across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs on HPC systems and mission apps.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Manage solution-level risks and track cross-ART dependencies.
• Lead pre/post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support CCB activities and cross-discipline coordination.
