Job summary

ADVANTAGE ENGINEERING & IT SOLUTIONS, INC is seeking a Systems Engineer, Level 4, to facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting PAC programs. Location is Annapolis Junction, MD, on-site only, with an active Top Secret SCI clearance and polygraph.

Responsibilities include coordinating dependencies, aligning technical teams with stakeholders, and managing the solution backlog and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Education/experience options: HS Diploma + 14 yrs, or Bachelor's + 10 yrs, or Master's + 8 yrs, or PhD + 8 yrs (all in systems engineering).
• Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.
• On-site only: Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs on HPC systems and mission apps.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Aid in the Solomon Train backlog and roadmap management.
• Facilitate pre/post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support CCB activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between PMOs and technical teams across ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshops at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.

Education

High School Diploma or GED + 14 years of systems engineering experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field + 10 years systems engineering experience

Master's degree in Engineering or related field + 8 years systems engineering experience

PhD in Engineering or related field + 8 years systems engineering experience
