Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC® is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across all life cycle phases for complex government programs. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience in systems engineering across multiple lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Assist in managing Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre- and post-PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between PMOs and technical teams across ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.

Skills

US Citizenship required

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Education

High School Diploma or GED + 14 years general systems engineering experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field + 10 years experience

Master's degree in Engineering or related field + 8 years experience

PhD in Engineering or related field + 8 years experience
