Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to support SAFe/agile execution and deliver system requirements, design, and documentation for government programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior executives to ensure technical integrity across the lifecycle.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, Scrum Coach certification, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, focusing on integration, planning, and risk management.
