Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC seeks a Systems Engineer 4 to apply systems engineering across the full life cycle and to coordinate Solution Train planning and risk management across multiple Agile Release Trains for PAC programs.

You will drive stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure the technical integrity of deliverables, with emphasis on ISO/IEC 15288 process areas and enterprise governance. Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 14 years of systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years of systems engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field with 8 years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in Engineering or related field with 8 years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies systems engineering principles across lifecycle phases: Concept to Retirement.
• Facilitates Solution Train-level PI Planning across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinates dependencies and drives risk management across PAC programs.
• Ensures technical integrity and quality of work per ISO/IEC 15288.
