Core4ce is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer in Virginia to support planning, integration, and validation across the full system lifecycle. You will translate customer needs into viable system solutions while balancing performance, cost, and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Active TS-SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly.
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Experience analyzing system performance, cost, risk, and operational effectiveness.
• Understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle from concept through disposal.
• Experience conducting functional analysis, requirements allocation, timeline analysis, and interface definition.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical planning and analysis to support total system development.
• Conduct engineering activities at all lifecycle stages from concept to disposal.
• Lead or support system integration across hardware and software components.
• Conduct verification and validation to confirm performance and compliance.
• Perform cost, schedule, risk, and supportability analyses to inform design decisions.
• Convert customer and product requirements into practical, technically sound system solutions.
• Develop interface definitions and specifications to support interoperability.
• Execute trade studies and technical evaluations to optimize performance.
• Support modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate design alternatives.
