Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking a systems engineer to apply systems engineering principles across the life cycle and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure technical integrity and delivery of mission-critical solutions.

The role involves facilitating Solution Train PI Planning events, coordinating dependencies across ARTs, and guiding risk analysis and roadmaps within a TS/SCI environment requiring U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Extensive systems engineering experience spanning lifecycle phases.
• Advanced degrees or PhD with corresponding years of experience as listed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting PAC programs
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio
• Aid in the management of Solomon Train backlog and roadmap
• Facilitate pre and post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination
• Bridge between multiple PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies
• Support risk analysis activities at the solutions level
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow

Education

High School Diploma or GED + 14 years of general system engineering experience

Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline + 10 years of systems engineering experience

Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience

PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience
