Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering expertise to requirements analysis, design, and integration while enabling SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, I&A, and PI planning. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, program personnel, and senior executives to ensure technical integrity of deliverables.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Interact with Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
Collaborate with the Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning events.
