Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering practices across requirements analysis, design, and documentation while supporting SAFe/agile execution in collaboration with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, I&A sessions, and PI planning. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders and senior executives to ensure technical integrity.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience coordinating SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect & Adapt, and PI planning.
• Experience with education/experience equivalency pathways.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Ability to lead design and development activities.
• Ability to guide users in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, system architecture documentation, and system design documentation.
• Ability to support system development and implementation planning.
• Ability to interact with Government stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and advising alternative approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture deliverables.
• Plan system engineering management and test plans.
• Interact with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Maintain technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and executives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner in SAFe ceremonies, PI planning, and sprint reviews.
