Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master to lead agile delivery in a SAFe environment from Washington, DC. You will serve as a servant leader for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and aligning business needs with technical delivery.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and mentor teams toward continuous improvement while ensuring accessibility and quality

Qualifications

Requires SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years Scrum Master experience with BA/requirements background.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence; able to document and manage user stories and artifacts.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as servant leader and Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning).
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and program leadership to align business and delivery goals.
Coach teams on SAFe practices and continuous improvement.
