Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our growing team. We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as an Agile Scrum Master, own end-to-end development environments, and lead system trade analyses and design alternatives that optimize operations across the system life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Agile environments, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and a proven ability to generate technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Twenty (20) years experience as a Systems Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• Twenty-five (25) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience generating technical documentation
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing end-to-end development environments
• Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses that optimize system operations over the life cycle
• Experience developing system design alternatives that account for life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth
