Job summary

DCCA is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 (Scrum Coach) in Maryland to guide agile ceremonies and systems engineering activities on a high-visibility program. This role requires TS/SCI with poly and collaboration with Product Owner to prepare for SAFe events and PI planning.

The position offers a salary range of 160,000 to 185,000 USD annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a veteran-owned IT company serving government and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 12 years of general systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus 7 years of SE experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus 5 years of SE experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus 3 years of SE experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leading design and development activities; guiding integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Provide technical leadership for system architecture and engineering plans; interact with Government stakeholders.
• Communicate with program personnel and executives to ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables.
