Job summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach in Maryland to apply systems engineering disciplines while enabling SAFe/agile execution. You will analyze requirements, guide design, and collaborate with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning events, interfacing with Government stakeholders and senior executives.
The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, Scrum Coach certification, and ability to support technical planning, documentation, and system
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
- Scrum Coach certification.
- Experience coordinating SAFe/agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, PI planning).
- Ability to analyze requirements and lead design and development activities.
- Strong communication with government stakeholders and executives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and system architectures to develop specifications.
- Lead design and development activities.
- Guide requirements formulation and feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design and technology.
- Develop system architecture and design documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owner for SAFe ceremonies and PI planning.
