Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, CS, or Systems Engineering.
• 12+ years in software development or systems engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior systems engineering leadership across requirements analysis, architecture, integration, testing, documentation, and Agile team management.
• Lead sprint planning, release planning, and create or contribute work tickets.
• Define processes for platform specifications, input/output parameters, and hardware/software compatibility.
• Establish engineering processes and tools for analysis, problem diagnosis, solution design, and risk mitigation.
• Manage a Scrum team across microservices and supporting system architectures.
• Lead software development ceremonies, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvement.
