Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in software development or systems engineering.
Experience creating design packages and workflows.
Experience writing technical solutions and whitepapers.
Experience implementing Agile processes and techniques.
Experience facilitating scrum activities (Planning, Retrospective, Grooming, Review/Demo).
Experience with Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with MBSE approaches and tools.

Responsibilities

Perform and manage systems engineering activities across requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, sustainment and documentation.
Support Agile sprints and releases; contribute to tickets and program documentation.
Employ MBSE for planning, design, execution and sustainment in coordination with the team.
Define processes for technical platforms, system specs and hardware/software compatibility.
Establish systems engineering processes, risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Manage a scrum team across microservices and support system architectures.
