The role involves governance, architecture oversight, and enterprise integration for JCWA programs in a DoD context. Onsite in Columbia, MD with TS/SCI clearance and no travel.

The position emphasizes agile governance, ADRs, and executive stakeholder engagement, requiring strong communication and leadership across multiple ARTs and program increments.

Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD/defense contracting environments.
Deep knowledge of SAFe, ARTs, and PI Planning.
Expertise with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for governance and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop governance artifacts (Charters, MFRs, SOPs) for JCWA.
Establish ADRs and Technical Need processes aligned to architecture strategy.
Support JCWA Identity, Credential, and Access Management initiatives.
Create executive dashboards and reporting within Confluence/Jira.
Lead PI Planning events and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
