Job summary

SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing Maryland-based engineering services firm delivering full lifecycle systems engineering for DoD programs and national-scale initiatives in high performance computing and large data analytics.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is required. Candidates typically hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive relevant experience, and bring SAFe at scale, cybersecurity, and solid Jira/Confluence capabilities to collaborative DoD environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 18 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or associate degree with 20 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or technical development environments.
• Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple Agile Release Trains, engineering organizations, or technical suppliers.
• Strong understanding of Agile at scale, SAFe, in a cyber-centric DoD program environment.
• Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives.
• Background in cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related security disciplines.
• Experience facilitating large-scale planning, execution, synchronization, and continuous improvement events.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for enterprise collaboration and program management.
