B4Corp in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer at Level 1 – SME with TS/SCI clearance to lead IT programs within a SAFe/Agile DevSecOps framework. You will coordinate between agile teams and clients, support roadmap design, and drive risk mitigation and timelines for complex systems.

The role requires extensive experience across requirements management, portfolio planning, Lean Six Sigma, and senior technical leadership.

Formación

• Top Secret clearance with a polygraph is required.
• Experience operating in SAFe and Agile frameworks.
• Experience planning and leading major technology assignments.
• Certifications such as Black Belt or similar are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate between Agile teams and business needs, including verification, validation and fielding.
• Evaluate alternatives for cost, risk and supportability in total systems.
• Perform systems requirements analysis, timeline analysis and interface definition.
